aka Draceana Trisasciata Moonshine syn: Sansevieria Trifasciata Moonshine Pot in picture: Cool Pot 10.5x9cm(sold separately)
Light: A infamous hard-to-kill houseplant, sometimes referred to as 'mother-in-laws tongue' due to the sharp edges of her lovely upright leaves. She's almost indestructible, so perfect for beginners or forgetful plant parents! She’s not overly fussy where she lives as long as she gets a little bit of indirect light. She can tolerate shady areas.
Water: Less is definitely more with this one in terms of water - allow her soil to dry thoroughly before watering and avoid getting the leaves wet if you can. Over-watered snake plants turn rotten and slimy and they smell horrible!
Height: She can grow up to an impressive 4ft tall with the right care. Feed her twice a year with organic succulent food. If you're ever repotting a Snake Plant, be sure to use well-draining cactus soil.
PM tip: Be sure to dust her silvery-green leaves every now and then to keep her pores clean.
As with many houseplants, she can be mildly toxic to pets and humans if ingested.
