Height: 50cm Nursery pot: 14cm Pot in Picture: Coming Soon (sold separately)
Light: A close relative of the Fiddle Leaf Fig, he's another easy-going indoor. Ideal for beginners or those with a busy lifestyle. Put him in a nice brightly lit spot - morning sun would be ideal. Or an hour or two in the afternoon.
Water: Stick a finger in his soil once a week and if it comes out dry then it's time for a drink. He needs a lot less water in winter than in summer. His thick glossy leaves can also absorb a lot of moisture, so spraying him with a fine mister every few days will also keep him happy.
Height: In her native environment, he's known to reach heights of 18 meters. Fear not, he will not grow that big in our climate. Simply trim annually to maintain your desired height and shape.
PM tip: A terrific air-purifier. Wipe down his eaves with a damp cloth every now and then to remove any dust and help him absorb more sunlight. Or better yet treat him to a lukewarm shower every now and then.
His leaves can be toxic if ingested, so keep away from nibbling pets, kids, and hangry adults.
