aka Asparagus Setaceus
Height: 15cm
Nursery Pot: 8cm
Pot in Picture: Marine Pot 10x9cm (sold separately)
Light: This furry fella can be found in steamy forests in South Africa. Try and mimic his natural environment by finding him a spot with soft, bright light.
Water: Moist but not soggy is his vibe. Give him a drink when the first couple of CM’s of soil is dry. Try not to let the soil dry out completely and be generous with the misting.
Height: He can grow up to 2ft high with the right love and care.
PM tip: Try not to touch his delicate fronds - he won’t like it and might result in turning brown. Also, watch out for his little thorns hidden in his foliage.
Toxicity: Like many houseplants, he can be toxic if ingested.
Asparagus fern is a fern in name and appearance only. It actually is a relative of lilies, including tulips, daylilies, amaryllis, and hostas.
